Day 1 Kyoto ert Nagoya train Takayama
Meet at New Miyako Hotel and walk to Kyoto Train Station. Take Kodama Shinkasen to Nagoya and connect to limited express train to Takayama. In the afternoon, stroll through Takayama, visiting Yatai Kaikan Hall, where colorfully decorated traditional festival floats are displayed, Kusakabe Folk craft Museum, formerly the residence of powerful merchants under government patronage, and the streets of Kami Sannomachi, which preserve traditional Japanese wooden houses. Overnight at Hida Hotel Plaza or similar hotel.
Day 2 Takayama coach Gokayama coach Shirakawa-go coach Kanazawa L
This morning, walk to Takayama Station and board on the coach to Gokayama with visit to the Gokayama Ainokura and visit Shirakawa-go area. Enjoy Japanese Style lunch. After lunch, transfer to Kanazawa by coach. Overnight at Hotel Kanazawa or similar hotel.
Day 3 Kanazawa train Tokyo
This morning visit Higashi-chaya District, Tentoku-in Temple, Nagamachi Samurai District, as well as Kenrokuen Garden. After tour, transfer to Kanazawa Station board a train (limited-express Thunderbird) to Kyoto.
