Upon arrival , meet and greet by our aiport representative and transfer to check-in hotel, rest and relax.

Rest of the day is free for you to explore the city on your own or shopping.

Pick up from hotel and you will have a Hands-On Cooking Class (approx. 6 hours)

Highlights:-

Home-cooked food is something to be savored. The flavors and taste of the creations remain in the inner recesses of the mind, unforgotten and you will have wonderful ‘yummy’ memories.

Now you have the opportunity to take home this experience and knowledge. Besides, learning to prepare Malaysian home-cooked food, you will also get an interesting insight into the culture and social structure of the country. The atmosphere of camaraderie is excellent; you will get to mingle with other visitors to the country as well as friendly residents and expatriates simply eager to learn to cook.

Experience a few hours of Malaysian hospitality and you’ll not only get an opportunity to enjoy home-cooked Malaysian dishes, you’ll also learn how to prepare the dishes the way they have been done for generations. A fun alternative to shopping and sightseeing!

Spend half a day starting from 08:00am to 12:30pm, Mondays to Sundays except on Malaysian Public Holidays. The classes, conducted in English, will be kept small between 3 to 10 guests to ensure proper supervision. Tours includes visit to a local grocery wholesale market in Kuala Lumpur before going to Lazat Malaysian Home for cooking lesson. Your friendly and experienced instructor will provide you with detail explanations of ingredients and cooking methods, and tricks of making authentic Malaysian dishes. You will have an opportunity to prepare 3-course traditional Malay dishes as your lunch.

After the class, continue the day with KL City Discovery (approx. 3.5 hours)

Highlights:-

See the influential structures of KL city in one quick trip as each monument has its story to share. Admire the architectural brilliance and landscapes. Hop on this tour that will take you to the National Monument, King’s Palace, National Museum, Independence Square, Sultan Abdul Samad Building, Kuala Lumpur City Gallery and choose to have a snapshot at the Petronas Twin Towers or National Mosque.

Later, check-out hotel and depart overland to Ipoh for City Tour

Highlights:-

Ipoh – known as "The Hill City” due to being centre and surrounded by hills. Ipoh developed into one of Malaysia's main cities due to the booming tin mining industry around the turn of the 19th century. During the British colonial era, Ipoh was Malaysia's second city for administration purposes. There are several notable buildings from the British Colonial era such as the railway station and the town hall. These days Ipoh is perhaps best known for its excellent restaurants, hawkers, famous local dishes and limestone caves/temples. Visit includes Sam Poh Tong (Cavern of Triple Gems – Chinese Caves Temple) and brief tour of Ipoh. Famous Ipoh Chicken Rice and Ipoh Koay Teow / Hor Fun (Chinese) are served for lunch.

Later, depart Ipoh and drive for 2 hours to Penang, passing scenic countryside, rubber and oil palm plantations.

Upon arrival at Penang, check-in hotel, rest and relax.

Free at own leisure for the rest of the day.

Pick up from hotel and proceed for Penang Cooking Class (approx. 5 hours)

Highlights:-

Learn how to cook traditional Malaysian dishes designed and taught in such a way that you can bring a taste of authentic Malaysia home, even in the middle of a cold winter! Although Malaysian cooking traditionally required heavy grinding stones and pounders, but an electric blender can easily do the trick and make it right. Guarantee a full hands on experience where you will prepare your meals from scratch, at your own workstations in small personalized classes.

After the class, continue the day with Georgetown Tour (approx. 3.5 hours)

Highlights:-

Witness the living culture of Penang in Georgetown, see the making of Chinese spring-roll flour wraps at the Chowrasta wet market, where grocery and livestock like frogs are traded. At a nearby alley, admire the art of joss-sticks making, some with intricate dragon motif. Proceed to see the baking of the popular “Tau Sar Pheah” biscuits, and option to pick up Penang’s original products such as medicated “nutmeg oil”. Taste Penang’s white coffee at Coffee Tree.

Pick up from hotel and proceed for Discover The Hills & Temple (approx. 4 hours)

Highlights:-

Besides the beach, the cultural and heritage rich streets, Penang boasts of a cool hill as well. Simply named Penang Hill, it is about 2750 feet above sea level and is the oldest hill resort in the country. A funicular train dating back to 1923, and has since been upgraded, functions to bring passengers to the top. The train ride is an experience in itself, coupled by colourful flora you’ll see. In case the train is under scheduled maintenance, the tour will be replacing by exploring the Botanical Garden as well as the Reclining Buddha. Followed by a visit to the Kek Lok Si temple and the tortoise pond.

After tour, back to hotel rest and relax.
